Hodsock Priory is situated on the B6045, 2 miles SW of the village of Blyth which is on the A1, 25 miles North of Newark and 40 miles South of Wetherby. It can be easily reached from either the A1 or M1.

APPROACHING FROM THE SOUTH ON THE A1
Leave the A1 ON THE A634, signposted MALTBY, which brings you into the village of BLYTH. In the village TURN LEFT onto the B6045, signposted WORKSOP, continue for 3/4 mile and TURN RIGHT, signposted HODSOCK PRIORY.
APPROACHING FROM THE NORTH ON THE A1
At the southern end of the A1(M) is a roundabout. TURN RIGHT at the roundabout, signposted BLYTH, and continue into BLYTH village. In the village TURN RIGHT onto the B6045, signposted WORKSOP, continue for 3/4 mile and TURN RIGHT, signposted HODSOCK PRIORY.
APPROACHING FROM THE NORTH ON THE M1
Leave the M1 at Junction 32 onto the M18 and continue to Junction 2, coming off the M18 onto the A1(M) heading South. Then follow the directions given above.
APPROACHING FROM THE SOUTH ON THE M1
Leave the M1 at Junction 30 onto the A619, signposted WORKSOP and continue to Worksop. On the outskirts of Worksop you will come to the Worksop by-pass. Turn left at the roundabout, signposted A57, Sheffield, and at the next roundabout turn right, signposted BLYTH. Continue on this road through Worksop following signs for Blyth, B6045. As you are leaving Worksop on the B6045 you will see BASSETLAW HOSPITAL on the right from which point you have just under 4 miles to travel. Approx. 1/2 mile before the turn off to Hodsock Priory there is a double bend and a bridge over a small river followed by large detached house on the left. The turning to Hodsock Priory is then on the left.
