Venue layout

On entering the house, guests arrive in the oak paneled hall. This stunning room is where traditional and informal wedding ceremonies take place. This charming room is adorned with portraits, and elegant wall paper and the windows frame views of the North Lawn and the Hodsock gardens.

 

The Panelled Hall

The Panelled Hall easily accommodates 80 guests in an aisle and row style. Wedding ceremonies take place in front of the grand fire place which can be lit during winter months.
 

 

The Library

The bride and groom in the Library at Hodsock PrioryLose yourself in the old book room. This romantic space is perfect for relaxing by the fire and catching up with friends following the ceremony. It also lends itself to becoming a performance space for soft music and entertainment.

The Library is full of character and looks out over our famous Snowdrop gardens. Both the Library and the Ante Room are licensed for weddings.


The Bar

The contemporary and elegant bar is a grand reception area for guests. The dark floor and marble bar are complemented by a selection of modern furniture to create a stylish space.

Guests can enjoy drinks and canapés before the wedding breakfast in the Pavilion.
