What is the Planning Meeting?
Your Planning Meeting is where we go over all your details for your special day. You will be invited to this 6-9 month before your wedding date, and it will last approximately 1-2 hours. We will then invite you to a Final Planning Meeting 6-8 Weeks before the big day, to run over those final details. This usually lasts up to an hour.
What time can me and my guests arrive?
The Bridal Dressing Room and The Clubhouse are available from 10.30am. This means the Bridal Party and the Groomsmen both have a more relaxed space to get ready before the Ceremony. They are both in different areas of the Venue so you will be kept apart until you see each other down the aisle.
We recommend advising your guests to arrive 30 minutes before your ceremony time, to allow time to have a drink and take their seats.
Accommodation for all guests Check-In between the hours of 2pm and 3.30pm
